Our impact goes beyond the pill. Over 35 years, we’ve brought affordable treatment to over 40 million lives, supported over 600 rural clinics, and partnered with 12 health ministries to improve access to care in undeserved regions.
Whether responding to emergencies, supporting maternal health, or enabling chronic disease management, our work is rooted in the belief that health is a human right.

At Biodeal, our greatest strength is our people. With over 200 employees, we believe in creating an environment where individuals grow into leaders and contributors.
In 2022, we took part in the Dual Vocational Training Programme led by GIZ and USIU-Africa. This initiative blends academic learning with practical industry experience. We played an active role by helping shape the curriculum, mentoring students, and evaluating their progress.
Seven students joined us through the program. One of them now works full-time as a Process Specialist. Others continue to develop within the organization. We also sponsored one of our own employees to participate and supported team members who went on to earn recognition for their achievements.
Inside Biodeal, we invest in leadership development through structured programs. Ready 4 Work helps team leads build skills in self-awareness and people management. Leading 4 Excellence, guided by our senior leadership, focuses on business thinking and strategic growth. Many of our current leaders have come through these pathways and continue to grow with the company.

Care That Goes Beyond the Cure
Biodeal products are created with people in mind. When a young boy living with eczema began using Dermol, his physical symptoms improved and he regained the confidence to return to school. His story reminds us that healing is both physical and emotional.
We aim to create solutions that improve health and restore everyday life.
Our commitment also includes the environment. We recycle over half of the water used in our manufacturing process. A growing part of our operations runs on solar power. We continue to explore packaging designs that use less plastic while maintaining safety and compliance.
Through every decision, we aim to protect people and the resources they depend on.

Impact extends to the professionals and partners who help us reach patients. We work closely with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors who rely on our products to support their work.
Doctors prescribe Biodeal medicines with confidence. Pharmacists trust them for safety and reliability. Distributors choose to work with us because of our consistency and commitment. These relationships are maintained through clear communication, dependable service, and shared responsibility to serve others.
Our products reach communities across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda. In every delivery, we prioritize access, quality, and patient outcomes.
